Paris, July 15, 2019 – Wire Distribution, distributor of Meizu smartphones in France, announces the opening of pre-orders for the Meizu 16s in France. The Meizu 16s is a notchless smartphone with the Qualcomm® Snapdragon 855 processor and a fully revamped 48-20-megapixel dual photo sensor.

Through the design of the Meizu 16s, Meizu conveys the philosophy of its founder and designer Jack Wong, who loves symmetry and continuous curves. Its sumptuous 6.2-inch Super Amoled Full HD display, custom-made by Samsung, occupies 91.53% of the front without any notches, motorized mechanisms or punches! Its neat and refreshing design makes the Meizu 16s a unique smartphone in its class.
Also, the 16s is equipped with the latest generation of fingerprint reader under the screen. Promising 25% faster unlocking and a 100% error reduction compared to its predecessor!
Designed with nano graphic technology, the back of the device offers a glass design with a carbon fiber pattern for a classy and premium rendering. Thin and light it has been designed to be perfectly usable in one hand.

The Meizu 16s is powered by the Qualcomm® Snapdragon 855 processor, the world’s most powerful smartphone chip. Supported by 8GB of RAM, it promises an increase in performance of more than 45% of the CPU and 20% of the GPU compared to its predecessor.
The smartphone comes with Hyper Gaming 2.0 mode, which drastically improves the in-game experience. Cleverly allocating resources, it is able to boost the FPS up to 100% depending on the game with a synchronization with the device’s haptic engine, mEngine 2.0.
The Snapdragon 855 Qualcomm is strongly backed by OneMind 3.0. The heart of the artificial intelligence-based system, it can launch up to 75 applications without any slowdown thanks to its intelligent management of throtling-inspired resources.
A dual photo sensor
Whether it’s night or day, the 16s’ camera is doing great with the new Super Night Mode and the HDR. Featuring a dual-sensor AI configuration, the Meizu 16s is equipped with a 48-megapixel Sony wide-angle main sensor, which opens at f/1.7 with adjusted and improved optical stabilization. Next to a 20-megapixel Sony IMX350 sensor.
