Who is behind Meizu Store ?
Meizu Store is the only European shop dedicated to Meizu products. Based in Paris, France we wanted to give to european community the oportunity to find last Meizu product at the best price with an European warranty.
The Meizu Store is created by Wire Distribution, a company specialized in smartphones sales and repair in France. Our team is composed with experts of smartphones industry and old meizu fans !
Are they global version?
All the phones sold on Meizu Store are official global versions with Google service installed.
Is there 4G B20 band ?
Since 2017, all global Meizu phones support B20 band (800 Mhz). Besides we only sell global versions.
Where do you ship from ?
All our products are ship from France with VAT included for European customers and without VAT for overseas customers. ( System detects your location automatically).
We propose several delivery methods depending on your location :
– From 1 to 4 working days delivery for European customers
– From 2 to 6 days by DHL Express for overseas customers
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide, we work with different partners to ensure you a safe and adapted delivery solution based on your location.

For European customers : Colissimo Europe – Pick-up & Go (Mondial Relay) – DHL

How warranty and after service work ?
All our products benefit of 2 year warranty which apply only to our customers. It applies to products having a issue not caused by customers usage. Warranty do not cover followings issues or any bad usage :
– Water damage
– A breakage
– System modification (Flash, bootloader unlocking, brick)
– Internal damage
– Bad usage.
However we propose an after sales service for Meizu products available to everyone with a repair station in Paris. For futher informations please refer to warranty & after-sales services.
I have a problem with old Meizu phones, could you help me ?
Le service client du Meizu Store assiste tous les possesseurs de produits Meizu qu’ils soient client ou non. Cependant la garantie de nos produits s’applique uniquement aux produits provenant de notre store ou via les boutiques Wire Distribution à travers les plateformes partenaires : Amazon, Cdiscount et Fnac Marketplace.

Our customer service assists all meizu smartphone owners whether they are client or not. However warranty only applies to our customers on meizustore.net or trough our shops on partner platforms : Amazon, Aliexpress, Cdiscount.

What payment methods do you accept ?
We accept several payment methods, throughout our secure partner Payline. The credit cards are accepted : Visa, Meastro, MasterCard, American Express, Carte bleue….
Transactions are secured and encrypted and by your bank and our partner Payline. None of your datas are stored on our server.
Besides we support 3D-Secure verification system.
