Warranty

All our products have a 2-year commercial warranty. It applies to products with a manufacturing or design defect that prevents its normal functioning. The warranty does not cover the damage caused by misuse of the product:

  • Oxydation (contact with water)
  • Breaks
  • System modification (Root, bootloader…)
  • Non-compliant repair
  • Internal damage
  • Apparent misuse

In the event of a failure compatible with a return warranty, the Meizu Store will take care of its repair.
Depending on the nature of the outage and the parts available, the Meizu Store will offer you an exchange or a repair.
The duration of the repair is 1 to 3 weeks.

Meizu products that have not been purchased from the Meizu Store are not eligible for our warranty service. If your device has been purchased outside the Meizu Store, we invite you to get close to your seller.

Before sending us your phone, please contact us by email at service@meizustore.net or via chat so that we can jointly validate the return warranty.

After-sales service

In case of breakage or failure not covered by the warranty, we have set up a repair service for all Meizu devices. Services include:
